We are an espresso machine parts supplier in Rocklin with an immediate opening for a warehouse/ customer service person 6-8 hours/day Monday–Friday.
You should be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision throughout the day,
and also be professional and courteous to customers and fellow employees.
You will be primarily responsible for pulling orders and packing boxes in a timely, accurate and damage free manner.
You will help receive and stock inventory, as well as count inventory.
You will be expected to maintain a clean and efficient warehouse and office.
You will also answer phones conveying attentive and professional service at all times.
You may take and enter orders as needed.
Additional responsibilities may be added as needed.
Required skills:
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Forklift certified (Can also train )
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel and Word
- UPS software a plus
- Basic knowledge of coffee and brewing equipment a plus. And/or ability to read technical diagrams
- Must have reliable transportation and must be on time
Work is conducted in a warehouse environment with temperature changes depending on the season
