Position: Bilingual Office Assistant

Hours: 40-50 hours/ week

Salary: DOE

Location: Elk Grove, CA

Position: Full Time (Permanent)

A well reputed and growing Accounting Firm is looking to fill a Bilingual Office Assistant position in our Elk Grove facility! We are looking for someone with an upbeat, positive attitude.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answer incoming calls, take accurate messages, and transfer telephone calls to appropriate person.

Greet customers

Appointment Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation

Maintain and order in-house office supply inventory

Provide clerical assistance and data entry in all aspects of operation

Take payment from customers

Other administrative duties as necessary/ assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Excel, Word)

Minimum 45 wpm

Detail oriented

Ability to take Initiative

Works well with others and independently

Ability to Multitask and effective time management

Great customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

High school diploma/ GED

Some college experiences

Administrative experience preferred, but not required.
