We are a construction-based service company in Rocklin looking for a strong, personable, and professional individual to fill the position of Document Review Specialist. This position requires someone who is a problem solver, can multitask, is organized, works well in a team and individually, enjoys client/customer service, and has great computer skills.

The Document Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing, organizing, and maintaining the tracking of field technician paperwork including phone and email communication with field technicians and service coordinators to ensure documents are turned in promptly and are accurate. This person is also the first person to answer phones and assist customers as needed, as well as keeping office common spaces orderly and clean, preparing packages for shipment, and assisting with other various tasks.

Tasks:

Review, process, and track all inspection reports and service tickets provided by technicians

Update technician paperwork tracking spreadsheet daily

Call and check-in with technicians who are missing paperwork

Work with Service Coordinators to insure all paperwork is turned in at a timely manner

Answer phones and assist customers as needed

Assist in certain monthly, weekly, and daily scheduling tasks

Assist Contract Administrator

Change and update the On‐Call schedule and voicemail set‐up

Scanning and digital filing

Prepare packages for shipping

Greeting and assisting walk‐in’s

Keep copier room and kitchen tidy, including running and emptying dishwasher

Other various tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Problem Solver

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat DC

Customer service oriented

Always communicates effectively and timely, confident in asking questions

Strong phone skills

Has solid interpersonal skills

Detailed oriented

Team player, collaborative, and able to work well with others

Organized and can multi‐task

Be reliable and have reliable transportation

Hours: Monday‐Friday, 8:00a‐5:00p
