Job Description:

CPA firm specializing in 401(k) audits within the Sacramento, CA area is hiring an Administrative Assistant. The Project Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the initiation, planning and closing stages of a project.

Essential Responsibilities:

Create job folders and digital project files for new and existing clients

Enter client data into software and coordinate multiple ongoing projects and schedules

Resolve routine inquiries and fulfills requests from internal and external contacts

Collect, review and submit data on reports and various other documents to ensure accuracy and consistency

Schedule external meetings with clients and attend internal meetings as needed

Prepare information and research based on Project Manager’s needs

Act as the liaison for and on behalf of the Project Manager


Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum of 2 years as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator or demonstrated similar experience required

Strong attention to details, written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to multitask, be flexible and work well under high pressure and multiple deadlines

Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills

Must be fluent in computer technology (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Cloud-based software, etc.)

Ability to work full-time; some evening hours may be required
