Experienced Receptionist/Social Media Manager for Wellness Clinic

We're adding to our Team. Our wellness clinic is currently looking to hire a part-time experienced front desk admin and social media manager to support a fast-paced natural healthcare clinic in Roseville. This position has a lot of responsibility and you must be able to work at a fast pace and have an above-average memory.

Around 30 hours a week.

You must have:

Mac experience

Excellent computer skills

Excellent verbal and writing skills

Preferred attributes: High intellect. Excellent communicator. Outgoing when interacting with the public. Has an understanding of a healthy lifestyle.

Job Duties Include:

Posting on facebook and IG, newsletters, other marketing projects

Managing several web-based applications

Managing Calendars and Scheduling Appointments

Excellent communication and phone skills

Providing customer-support

Experience with Quickbooks would be an advantage

Greeting customers with excellent customer service

Problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple projects

Computer Skills

Communication Skills (verbal and written)

Self-motivator who maintains confidentiality and professionalism

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
