Occupancy/Compliance

Seeking experienced individual to assume the Occupancy/Compliance Supervisor position for LIHTC/SEC8 complex in Sacramento.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and/or experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project based Section 8 and/or tax credit affordable housing programs. Software a plus.

Experience using Yardi Voyager software.

Skilled in problem solving and resident relations.

Must be organized, capable of multi-tasking and adhering to established deadlines.

Professional appearance and excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written – Russian a plus. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others is essential.

Perform all aspects of occupancy certifications – scheduling, interviews, process and track verifications, calculations, entry into Yardi program, familiar with EIV Reports a plus.

Maintain resident files.
