Female Care giver for 74 years old man.

Hello Caregivers.

We are looking for a female caregiver for 74 years old Man with history of stroke .

Patient is 5' 11" and weighs approximately 250 lb

It is a part time position and Hours Needed are 2-3 hours afternoon and one-two days in the morning 3-4 hours

Morning Hours for ONE-TWO days a week 9 to 1

Examples of afternoon hours are:

Monday from 4:30 Pm to 6:30 Pm

Tuesday from 4:30 Pm to 6:30 Pm

Wednesday from 4:30 Pm to 6:30 Pm

Thursday from 4:30 Pm to 6:30 Pm

Friday from 4:30 Pm to 6:30 Pm

Help needed with:

1-Meal Cleanups

2-Bowel, Bladder Care (Toileting)

3- Routine Bath

4-Grooming

5-Re positioning when needed

6- Getting in and out of bed to seat

7-Assist and remind with daily exercises.

8- pushing the patient on a wheelchair to nearby parks.

Risks factors:

Risk for falls (because of his weak left side of body), Stroke.

He has home mobile electric chair,Electric Lift, home wheelchair.

Swallowing,Hearing,Vision: Normal

He lives with his wife in a home in Elk Grove.

Caregiver must have her own reliable transportation.

Caregiver must pass a background check.
