- 1 year of Agile experience (user stories, product backlog).
- State of California large-scale IT implementation experience.
- Experience overseeing a system integration/solution vendor (e.g. manage change requests, cost, contract compliance).
- Experience with health care systems and standards (e.g. HL7).
- Experience with Salesforce in a government setting.
- Assertive and organized.
- Draft plans/approaches independently, then really support.
- Request information from all levels (even executives) to track progress.
- Orient quickly to an ongoing project that has minimal documentation (new systems, new releases).
- Proactively identify and track/cajole critical tasks vs. waiting for responses.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders - both program/business and IT.
