Nugget Markets - Now Hiring Bread Mixer/Bakers!

Do you love to create handcrafted artisan bread and lots of it?Nugget Markets is looking for dedicated and experienced mixers to join our passionate and talented bakery team! We have openings at the following locations:

- Sacramento

- West Sacramento

- Roseville

- El Dorado Hills

- Vacaville

The bread mixer/baker's primary responsibilities include preparing hundreds of hand-formed artisan breads and baked goods as well as baking croissants, cookies, bagels and various bakery items. This will involveprepping produce and deli products for bakery items; mixing and scaling ingredients; benching dough; loading carts and racks with product; lifting and stacking flour; and operating all kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, slicers, mixers and dough dividers while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. In addition, they will provide world-class service to our guests.
