Philz Coffee is now hiring Shift Supervisors for our Davis location!At Philz, we're doing something much bigger than coffee - we're building community. We specialize in pour over coffee made to your liking; handcrafted by us, customized by you. Our Store teams are comprised of Baristas, Shift Supervisors, and a Store Leader. Our Shift Supervisors fulfill our mission to better people's days by developing a strong, supportive team, setting the bar for superior service and quality, and creating a welcoming environment. Team Leads ensure that our community team members and customers alike always have an exceptional Philz experience.

Our Shift Supervisors delegate tasks and lead Baristas throughout daily operations while reporting to our Store Leader. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do:

What you’ll do:

Play to your team’s strengths by putting the right people in the right places at the right times.

Develop strong relationships with customers and the local community.

Assess the performance of your team members, including service and drink quality.

As the shift supervisor during operating hours, lead by example and consistently demonstrate what it means to be a great team player.

Inspire, encourage and engage your team with positive support and excellent communication.

Partner with your Store Leader to execute daily operations and administrative duties.
