Pizza Guys: Shift Managers Needed

Pizza Guys is looking for applicants in the Sacramento area that possess the strive to succeed, the ability to create a fun atmosphere for team members and customers, and the capability to build a strong, motivated team to serve our customers with top notch service.

Duties include:

-Maintain fast and accurate service while providing customers a positive experience

-Assigning team members with tasks to be completed

-Resolving customer complaints

-Resolving issues as they arise

-Working with team members and ensuring they follow company procedures

-Maintaining a work environment that meets company, state and federal safety guidleines

-Inspire, train and coach team members

-Reporting to General Manager and District Manager to ensure goal and metrics are being met
