Italian Rest needed Chef / Cooks / Servers

Italian restaurant in Fair oaks , is looking for a passionate, self motivated, individual to join the team with immediate availability.

The ideal candidate is a professional cook with preferably 1+ years experience with emphasis on sauté' and grill. Italian cuisine experience a plus.

Responsibilities:

Prepare excellent meals for our guests.

Measure, mix and prep ingredients according to our recipes.

Work well under pressure and in a timely manner.

Able to work independently, self motivated, self reliant, problem solver.

Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned regularly according to health and industry standards.

Stock inventory appropriately.

Maintaining a positive and professional teamwork attitude.
