Legal Secretary

Description Robert Half seeks an experienced legal secretary for a boutique law firm in Sacramento. This candidate should be organized, efficient and have the ability to multitask while managing a busy desk. This role is 100% onsite and an immediate, direct hire.Daily responsibilities include:

Assisting several attorneys with administrative tasks

Managing files, client intake and correspondence

Detailed calendaring and billing

Communicating with clients and legal staff

Computing legal correspondence to clients

Requirements

E-filing (state and federal)

ProLaw calendaring

2+ years experience as a legal secretary

Understand local jurisdictional and federal court filing procedures and deadlines

Strong computer skills

Effective communication skills
