Executive Program DirectorDentalFull-timeSacramento CAHybridResponsibilities: The primary point of contact with the State and the DHCS Contracting Office for all activities related toContract Administration including, but not limited to, compliance with all contract terms and conditions. Responsible for achieving a CD-MMIS that moves the State Medi-Cal Program administration higher in theMedicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) maturity model. Shall ensure the maintenance of adequate staffing levels to meet all State requirements and deliverables. Overseeing all project management and scheduling, correspondence between the State and Contractor,dispute resolution, personnel issues with Contractor staff, and status reporting to DHCS. Oversee the implementation of all quality assurance criteria and reviews to ensure Contract complianceand fulfillment of Medi-Cal Dental program initiatives. Also leads and coordinates the Contractor’s implementation activities, including implementationevaluation, training, coaching, mentoring, reporting, and recommendation activities.What we're looking for Effective communication, organization, and prioritization skills with proven ability to direct & motivate theworkforce. Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations & standards, as well as cost reporting, profit & loss, andbudget compliance. A minimum of 10 years experience managing a large-scale government or private sector healthcarecontract valued at 20 million dollars or more.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration/Management, Finance, a clinicalspecialty or equivalent.
