- Using state-of-the art technology, experienced developers, former WIC staff, and subject matter experts, Three Sigma Software delivers web-based applications that allow WIC staff to provide efficient, effective services to WIC participants.
- PMP Certified
- Experience of managing contracts with upwards of 5M in revenue.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Systems Analysis - Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
- Systems Evaluation - Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
- Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Experience with full-life cycle software applications development, preferably using a scaled Agile methodology, to include design, development, test and integration.
- Excellent written/verbal skills with the ability to interpret and author well-formed documents and successfully communicate solutions/issues with teammates.
- Experience with Health and Human Services government systems and processes.
- Experience with WIC
- Experience with web-based applications/Management Information Systems (MIS)
- Experience with 508 compliance
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- At least 10+ years of project management experience with 3+ years of experience managing web-based application development.
