If relationship building with customers is your forte, then we'd love to have you join our team!Sr. Sales Manager; Traffic Signal and Streetlight Energy ServicesThe primary responsibility of the Sr. Sales Manager is to achieve growth in Yunex Traffic’s traffic signal and streetlight services business. Our services focus on traffic signal, streetlight maintenance, repair, and outdoor street lighting LED retrofits for cities and municipalities.Must have extensive knowledge and experience in LED street lighting, IoT technology, or traffic signal and streetlight services.Responsibilities:Develops and implements plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities in the assigned geographic market demonstrating Yunex Traffic and Siemens extensive energy and technology solution set.

Educate the customer as the subject matter authority on LED energy savings, streetlight conversion projects, and traffic signal and street lighting maintenance/service opportunities.

Effectively performs needs assessments, develops sales proposals, estimates, specifications, and presentations as part of the sales cycle for traffic signal and streetlight service opportunities.

Supports recommended FIMs, with savings potential, cost estimates, and backup data to verify FIMs.

Assist with preparing financial models related to payment, including an understanding of value, life cycle costing, and internal rate of return (specific to energy projects).

Successfully develops new and expands existing accounts to achieve growth and profit requirements

Crafts and implements strategic sales strategies that use rebate programs to position Yunex Traffic to secure targeted projects successfully. Will be responsible for developing relationships with utilities and government agencies, understanding the rebates available, developing offerings that optimize the rebates, and managing/processing the rebates for customers.

Team sells with other Salespeople as appropriate. Responsible for working with current sales executives and project/service account managers to expand and create new relationships by being the Trusted Advisor and subject matter authority to customers

Possesses the skills to communicate the impact to the customer’s business objectives and develops service offerings to meet the business objectives

Prepares accurate and detailed sales activity reports, forecast reports, and expense tracking.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other technology.

At least five years of directly-related Traffic Signal/ Streetlight Service Sales or Energy/Engineering experience required.

Required travel: 30%
