Ideal Candidate would be having proven experience in Business Development for IT Professional Services including Contract Staffing .Successful candidate will be responsible for building the business within the region, signing new client contracts, assisting clients in defining role descriptions and generating new leads.

Responsibilities:• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and build on existing contacts.• Proactively initiate contact with potential clients.• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.· The role will collaborate with internal teams including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Operations teams

Prerequisite:• A self-starter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities.• Proven record in business development.• Experience in the implementation MSP programs/ business would be preferred.• Excellent communication & Networking skills .• Presentable and confident.
