As a member of our Digital Strategy team, you will define and execute Vagaro's user acquisition and activation strategies for both our Pro and Consumer mobile apps - build a roadmap, taking into account current resources and current/planned app marketing technology, that aims to drive sustainable growth. You will partner with the product and lifecycle marketing teams and business stakeholders to align app acquisition marketing media and messaging strategy with overall acquisition strategy and business objectives.Responsibilities Develop strategies and best practices around new privacy protocols, managing our Mobile Measurement Provider (MMP), as well as working closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop thoughtful yet straightforward approaches to targeting, measurement, and optimization

Be the resident expert and go-to resource for the mobile app landscape: mobile ad tech, privacy changes, impacts on advertising programs, etc

Lead expansion of advertising programs across platforms (Paid Social, SEM, Display, Programmatic)

Manage, run, and report performance metrics on campaigns

Contribute to the app store optimization effort (ASO) to improve app store rank and organic traffic

Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing team to develop activation and retention strategies (App notifications optimization)

Engage cross-functionally with Product, Web, Product Marketing, and external partners

Identify growth opportunities and make data and objective-backed cases for testing them

Who you are Demonstrated record of success driving customer acquisition and/or revenue for mobile apps

Knowledge of best practices and optimal campaign setup for mobile app install campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Apple Search Ads, Google Mobile App Ads, and Google Search Ads.

Data-driven when evaluating campaigns and efforts against business goals

Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities

What you bring 3+ years in a marketing role focused on consumer engagement with digital products or services

BA/BS in Marketing or related field

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Experience with mobile attribution platforms like Adjust, analytics platforms like Amplitude and Google Analytics and CRM platforms like Hubspot
