- Must have at least +5 years relevant development experience on web applications with at least 4 years of experience on AEM
- Must have worked on AEM 6.5 (knowledge of older versions of AEM is nice to have, but not mandatory)
- Proficient with WCM, DAM, CRX (Content Mgmt Extreme), Components, Widgets and Apache sling
- Proficient with DTM (Management module)
- Proficiency in using MSM on AEM for creating Blueprints, live copies, configuration of rollouts
- Experience in developing templates, custom components, creating and launching Workflows and customizing out-of-the-box Widgets
- Strong experience with setting up AEM using Maven and standard Eclipse tools
- Experience in developing applications using CRXDE and Eclipse IDE
- Proficient in using web services both SOAP and RESTful
- Proficient in developing web design using Bootstrap and media queries
- Proficient in using Java content repositories, sling request processing and OSGi bundles
- Efficient use of various design patterns such as MVC (Model-View-Controller), Singleton, Service locator, DAO (Data Access Object), DTO (Data Transfer Object), and Business Delegate in the development of distributed Enterprise Applications
- Extensive experience of Front-End Technologies: AJAX, JSTL, JSP, HTML, EXT JS, JavaScript, ReactJS, jQuery and CSS
- In-depth knowledge in design and development of MVC architecture using spring framework
- Hands-on experience using development IDEs including Eclipse, NetBeans and used MAVEN as a build tool.
- Proficient in using JUnit for unit testing for ensuring code coverage
- Proficient in using databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.
- Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills; must be flexible and versatile to new environments; must be self-motivated a good team player and open to working in diverse onshore and offshore teams
- Must have proven problem solving, analytical and leadership skills; must be capable of performing with minimal supervision
