We believe skills and experience are transferrable, and the desire to dream big makes for great candidates.What you get to do in this role:    As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key member of (IT) Digital Employee Experience Development group with the opportunity and responsibility to design and develop solutions on ServiceNow Platform.

Key member of project team to assist in the development & implementation of applications for business functions on ServiceNow Platform

Learns and facilitates in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of technical solutions related to enterprise applications projects

In this hands-on role, you will work closely with other senior software engineers and Team leads to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users

You will be working in a high velocity collaborative team using agile software development methodology.

You get to learn and certify yourself on various ServiceNow platform features

To be successful in this role you have:3-5 years of software development experience in enterprise software and/or building web services/applications, preferably on ServiceNow platform

Programming expertise in JavaScript, and HTML technologies including HTML, CSS and AJAX, jQuery, Angular JS or React JS, ServiceNow (preferably)

Exposure to Mobile and Virtual Agent development (desirable)

B.S or M.S in Computer Science or equivalent.

Customer-centric and Service mind set with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

High motivation and drive, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a self-managed environment.
