Support Analyst

And we just so happen to be seeking an EDI Support Analyst based out of Pleasanton, CA.Position is working remotely until offices open and is a Monday-Friday position. This position is paying $45/hr.Temporary work responsibilities:Check daily exception reports and take required actions

Follow up with suppliers regarding transmission status

Validate transmission completion of documents

Track progress on multiple action items across hundreds of partners

Set up Partners in the EDI system

Validate transaction permissions

Access inquired in support email box, address routine issues, and escalate complex issues

Look up information in multiple systems to answer questions

Perform additional tasks as needs occur related to large project with multiple EDI Systems

Experience/Education:Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Previous EDI experience is preferred but not expected

Having strong analytical skills are a must
