Need : Technical Project Manager

Location : Santa Clara, CA.

Duration : 12+ Months Responsibilities:

Manage the engineering development projects and facilitate sprint releases.Analyze product requirements documents and create project timelines.Guides team iteration execution, communicates with management and stakeholders, protects the team from uncontrolled injection of work as changes are evaluated and intentional.Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic product requirements to keep overall operations running at high performance.Able to do post-mortem and perform root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practice to ensure maximum productivity.Lead team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program.Implement and support agile principles, rule, and processes.Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow.A strong technical background and awareness of related software development trends.Maintain related team data in project management software (i.e. JIRA) to support estimates and executionTechnologies and Experience:

At least five (5) years of project management experience and leading sprints.Expert coach on implementation of Agile Scrum with deep knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.3 years of experience in mobile and web based software systems.5 years of technical project management experience.Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development, that translates to delivering enterprise applications and features.Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict development team's needs.Solid experience working with architecture teams to assess and size story/epicsEducation:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent)
