Subscription Analyst

Subscription AnalystPleasanton, CA (100% Remote until further notice) Duration: 3+ Contract The Subscriptions Analyst will be a contract role directly supporting the Subscriptions Team, responsible for monitoring existing subscriptions, completing subscription reviews and operational activities.Success in the role requires a team player approach, ability to work independently across organizations with disparate needs and a creative mindset to proactively adhere to and develop operational processes.Key Areas of Responsibility

• Perform and execute regular reviews to ensure data accuracy, identify trends and uncover useful insights with regards to subscription licensing
• Proactively complete operational activities corresponding to customers' underlying subscription agreements in support of the Subscriptions Team
• Contribute to the development of Workday's subscription review process
• Adhere to, develop, and complete operational processes within a timely manner
• Participate in process and system improvements

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in similar field
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com is preferred
• Extensive attention to detail with a high level of commitment to process adherence
• Proactive, creative, entrepreneurial and results oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in an independent manner and ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in Software License review a plus
