UX / UI Designer Job DescriptionAs a UI/UX Expert you will help define innovative UI and UX for a consumer facing healthcare mobile app and responsive web used by millions of users monthly. You will partner closely with various product teams, engineering, business, user experience, and other cross functional groups. Use the “voice of the customer”, industry best practices and data to reimagine the possible UI/UX. You will be designing graphic user interface elements and user interactions and maximize the value that modern technologies provide.

REQUIRED SKILLS5+ years of experience as an UX Designer or similar roleUI design portfolio with ability to design seamless, intuitive, and ADA compliant digital experiencesBachelor’s degree in relevant fieldExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to explain design options and facilitate stakeholder working sessionsKnowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and DreamweaverAbility to draft information architecture (UX definition) in compliance with iOS Human Interface Design Guidelines and Android Material Design Guidelines

What you will do:As a member of UI/UX team, the UI/UX expert will design the ADA compliant user experience and ensure users enjoy the best online user experience across digital channels (native mobile apps (iOS and Android), responsive web etc).You will constantly work toward achieving expert understanding of the business domain and translate stakeholder needs in seamless UI/UX. You will be forging trusted working relationships and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Development and QA Teams, and business groupsUses functional decomposition to create Information ArchitectureReview implementation to ensure UI/UX requirements are implemented as intendedSupport Development and QA Teams during implementation to provide clarityProvide all “hi-fi” assets required to implement UIContributes to the client’s design language and standards and applies them consistently across digital channelsParticipates in daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesFacilitates discussions between internal and external product stakeholdersKeep up with agile/scrum best practices and trendsServe as the UI/UX ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the productOther requirements:Experience as a UI/UX expert in Agile driven projects creating consumer facing digital products with multiple language supportProficiency with Mobile and Web based applicationsWorking knowledge of agile process and principlesStrong problem solver, detail-oriented, can handle multiple top priorities at a time, and can work with very time-sensitive deadlinesAbility to effectively problem solve and brainstorm resolution for complex business and technical challengesAbility to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needsLeadership Quality Expectations:Executive communicationDriving alignment across teamsEnsuring process adherenceAdvising (senior) stakeholdersKnowledge:Healthcare Domain expertise (incl.
