In this role you will have the opportunity to interact with Boeing colleagues, airlines, and regulatory professionals from across the globe including managers, instructors, support personnel, and subject matter experts to positively affect safety, Boeing operations, and that of our customers world-wide.In this role you will partner with product teams to enable the integration of their products into internal and external customer organizations. You will have the opportunity to work with product teams and professionals from across the organization to affect the maturity of products for Boeing and our customers, world-wide. In this position, you will be part of a high performing portfolio team, which is passionate about aviation training and its impact on aviation safety. You will interact with product teams who are designing and developing data collection and data analytics products that will serve as the foundation for a future paradigm within Training Solutions.The primary location for this position is Seattle, WA; however, applications from other locations will be considered.Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:- Identifies business opportunities to optimize a portfolio of data collection and analytics products
- Conducts a variety of analyses on topics including target markets, market trends, new technologies, customer business issues and the competitive environment
- Supports product teams with capturing and analyzing customer paint points
- Conducts tasks to enable IT compliance
- Supports a variety of tasks to enable the design, development, and deployment of products
- Applies broad knowledge of company product capabilities and service offerings with in-depth analysis of market position to create and expand the portfolio of products and solution alternatives
- Works with product adoption and marketing leads as well as external airline customers to enable adoption of productions and to support Customer Advisory Boards
- Works with product leads to scope, plan and establish business process direction and strategies
- Works with internal and external product customers to plan for integration of products into customer organizations
- Supports customers with change management and execution planning
- Executes on onboarding tasks for internal and external product customers
- 2 to 3 years of experience working with customers
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment
- 1 to 2 years of experience enabling change management efforts
- Experience with Product, Project, and Program Management Best Practices
