Join a values-driven firm where you’ll have fun while solving complex and interesting business challenges.The Diversity Talent Attraction Senior Manager will collaborate with the firm’s Recruiting Leader to develop and lead our diversity recruiting strategy, with an outward facing focus on external relationships feeding early career and experienced talent to Moss Adams. This new role reports to the Recruiting Director and will closely interface with our firmwide Campus and Experienced Recruiting leaders, Inclusion and Social Responsibility (I&SR) team, as well as our firmwide Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Board.Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus.Responsibilities:

Design and execute on a diversity recruiting strategy and roadmap aligned with our people value proposition and I&SR strategy

Ensure diversity recruiting efforts are aligned to best practices, promoting consistency across the firm, and supporting alignment with the recruiting vision, strategy, and roadmap

Serve as a spokesperson for the firm at appropriate internal/external talent attraction events and seek opportunities to increase our presence within diverse communities

Partner with marketing to provide I&D related content and messaging via social media, speaking events and panel discussions; provide input on career site and overall employer branding, positioning the firm as an attractive employer for diverse professionals

Partner with I&SR team to identify, review, select, and build strategic relationships and partnerships with diversity organizations that have a talent attraction lens

Leverage Business Resource Groups (BRGs) in the development and execution of diversity outreach resulting in talent attraction

Oversee career fair efforts and recruiting events for national diversity conferences (e.g., NABA, ALPFA, ASCEND) and other external events as identified to attract and engage diverse talent

Partner with HR & Recruiting Operations to develop a tracking methodology for diversity outreach and practices that support both our compliance requirements and allow for a first-class candidate experience

Provide strategic input to our Campus Programs Senior Manager, as well as present at firmwide early ID diversity programs, such as our scholarship endeavors, leadership programs, internships, etc.

Partner with all service line recruiting leaders and teams to research, identify, and foster relationships at HBCUs and HSIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Human Resources or a related field preferred

Minimum of 10 years of recruiting or related experience in a complex organization required; experience in public accounting or professional services industries preferred

Experience leading diversity talent attraction related initiatives and projects required; experience with marketing, communications, branding, and social media preferred

Strong executive presence, exceptional public speaking skills as well as demonstrated leadership skills, good judgement, and ability to effectively interface with internal and external professionals and leaders

Ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions

Ability to collaborate and work effectively across teams while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others

Ability to travel as needed, approximately 50%
