The candidate will be responsible for taking requirements and functional description documents and formulating a testing strategy2. • Proven ability to write effective requirements and traceability matrices3. • Advanced knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Systems Engineering, Digital Electronics, Software, Reliability Engineering, and/or Integration and Test4. • Extensive understanding and wide application of advanced principles, theories, concepts and techniques of Systems Engineering5. • Experience with integrated hardware/software developments.6. • Experience with hardware/software configuration management.7. • Knowledge of industry and/or academic practices and standards across a range of systems applications.8. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.9. • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated effectiveness in a team environment.10. • Ability to work independently under a set schedule.
