Job Description

We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to help tap young talent in college campuses around the world. This is a very specific role with a very global scope. To fulfill this position, we are seeking candidates with a desire to work in a vibrant, growing company with passionate people about technology. In this role, you will partner with the recruiting team and our best data professionals to hire for our internship/recruiting needs. Your task is to find and attract the best college talent to join our company.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own the university recruiting full-cycle hiring process.
  • Partner with HR and recruiting peers to develop a whole recruiting strategy in targeted university campuses internationally
  • Develop positive relationships with academia, involving faculty, staff, as well as student organizations to build the right approach
  • Develop strategies to anticipate future needs based on current trends within departments and across the company.
  • Watch external market trends and act agilely to take advantage.
  • Work consistently to ensure an excellent candidate experience from first-touch to post-internship/offer.
  • Navigate and defeat any roadblock in the hiring process through effective use of time and resources.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics.
  • This position will need to travel; travel will vary depending on university/college academic calendars.
  • Work collaboratively within the HR team and across departments to reach dynamic successful results.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communicator, both oral and written communication skills. You are able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences. You also maintain strict confidentiality as required.
  • Experienced in all aspects of university recruiting including sourcing, networking, screening, assessing, and offer negotiation.
  • Demonstrable track record of successful university recruiting.
  • Skilled in working with academia and business leaders, supporting and guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort with providing timely and clear reporting of progress, data, and possible difficulties along the way.
  • Passion for innovation shown through creative recruiting strategies and continuous process improvement.
  • 4+ years working in university recruiting, corporate recruiting, in a related HR function or university setting.
  • Proficiency in at least three major languages (English plus other two)
