Key Responsibilities:

Showcase, promote, and sell our products/services effectively to both existing and potential customers

Conduct in-depth cost-benefit and needs assessments to address customer requirements

Build, develop, and maintain strong, positive business and customer relationships

Proactively reach out and engage with customers directly

Resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly to ensure maximum satisfaction

Achieve sales targets and deadlines as agreed upon

Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies

Analyze the market and territory potential, tracking sales and reporting status updates

Provide management with valuable insights regarding customer needs, issues, interests, competitor activities, and new product/service opportunities

Stay informed about best practices and current promotional trends

Commit to continuous improvement through feedback

Required Skills:

Strong communication, selling, and negotiation abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,800.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8-hour shifts

Daytime shifts

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed

Experience:

Sales: 1 year (Required)
