Position Overview

We are hiring a Sales Representative for our Spectrum-authorized retail store in Anaheim. This role involves actively selling Spectrum Internet, Mobile Phone, and TV services to walk-in customers.

Our store serves a large Spanish-speaking customer base, so Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.

Being on time, reliable, and professional every shift

Maintaining accurate documentation and sales records

Representing the Spectrum brand responsibly

This is not a passive retail job.

Who We Are Looking For

Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred

Previous cell phone store or wireless sales experience is a plus

Comfortable with direct sales and commission-based earnings

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional attitude and ability to accept coaching and feedback

Compensation & Schedule

$17/hour plus commission (commission based strictly on performance)
