Responsibilities consists of managing an apartment building for 90 units.

Job Requirements:

Renting units

Marketing vacancies

Answering telephone

Rent Collection/ Bank deposits/ approval and entering of invoices

Ensuring property is kept clean

Handling resident issues

Enforcing House Rules

Computer knowledge

Must have good communication and written skills

Basic accounting knowledge

Customer service oriented

Good organization skills

Must be Fluent in English and Spanish
