We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual for a unique position serving primarily as the personal assistant to the CEO, but also supporting the company as a whole in various capacities. This person must LOVE a fast-paced environment, be good at tracking details, have flexible work hours, a flexible can-do attitude, plus love juggling the myriad of different tasks.
If you like constant variety, can take ownership of your tasks, have outstanding organizational skills, and follow-through, we’d love to have you on the team!
This is a 15-20 hour a week part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time position. Although much of the work can be done remotely, you must be available for daily on-site work at CEO’s office in Long Beach as needed Monday through Friday business hours.
Job Responsibilities:
Errands
Scheduling blogs and newsletters
Office organization
Occasional cat care
Light bookkeeping
Client communication & support
Preparing shipments, tracking packages ensuring their arrival - correcting any problems along the way so they arrive in a timely manner
Ordering supplies etc and maintaining great relationships with our vendors
Assisting & maintaining inventories
Online research
Client file/project management
Calendar management
Answering phones occasionally
Basic video editing & social media posting (Higher level skills here are a bonus- but not needed. All content is provided.)
Familiarity with sales and marketing- BIG plus!
General onsite tech support and troubleshooting for CEO
Supporting other team members and initiatives as required
Must have iMessage
Working knowledge of Active Campaign & Zoho for social media posting
Bilingual - BIG plus!
