We are a small computer / IT (Information Technology) company / business looking for office help to join our team. Ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and be able to take on challenges.

This is an entry level training program that can lead to a full time position. You don't need any previous experience and we will train the right person. Gain experience and enhance your skills while still collecting unemployment.

Responsibilities:

Answer light phones (1-2 calls per day)

Assist walk-in customers (1-2 customers per day)

Review client documents and accurately enter data into QuickBooks

Prepare purchase orders and invoices

Maintain filing system and organization

Order parts and supplies as needed

Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED

Ability to multitask

Ability to work independently

Ability to handle customers with courtesy and professionalism

Strong attention to detail

Efficient with basic computer programs

QuickBooks experience a plus (Will train if needed)

We are very flexible and we will work around your schedule. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30AM to 6:30PM and Saturday from 10AM to 2:00PM. However, because of the current situation, hours may vary.
