Multimedia company with an emphasis on mobile application, content creation and gamified systems, based in Huntington Beach Ca is hiring a Personal Assistant/Office admin for our founder.
Due to rapid growth, internally and externally, strategic and admin duties must now be delegated to a variety of sources. This hire is and will be integral to these beginning stages of our company.
The purpose of this position is to manage relationships, operations, and tasks to effectively free up physical and mental time for our founder. The Personal Assistant/ Office Admin will support our founder in all companies with a variety of executive, administrative, personal, and organizational duties. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, organizational proficiency, efficient multi-tasking, a flexible schedule, and the ability to travel as needed. This person will need to be self-motivated, exhibit a tendency for taking initiative, and be an effective time manager all in support of both private matters and professional life.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The Personal Assistant will aid in the ever-evolving needs of the our founder, by anticipating those needs, and being of service wherever possible. Tasks will include but are not limited to; correspondence, organizing video conferences, maintaining personal and social calendars, effectively communicating travel arrangements thorough research to aid in making decisions, event planning, idea implementation, head launch strategies, expense tracking, the follow-up to ensure deadlines are met, as well as care of other various professional duties.
The Assistant will also help ensure a smooth operating and a problem-free environment. Overseeing the work of daily Social Media Campaigns, Multimedia Content Production, managing talent and traditional office admin duties.
The applicant must be highly flexible regarding their work schedule especially during events, sometimes including evenings and weekends. Constant and clear communication with the founder is crucial to ensure all duties and responsibilities are thoroughly addressed, and completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
Qualifications / Skills:
Thoughtful judgment, you will have an ownership mentality and potential ownership stake due to the creation of the role
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
A comfort working with technology and troubleshooting
Multi-focused multi-tasker, you’ll be juggling several tasks at once
Professional dress and decorum, you represent the CEO
Self-managing and self-motivated, ability to work with little oversight
Detail-oriented, even when the work is fast-paced
Resourceful, you’ll need to get creative with solutions
Conscientious, courteous and caring,
A valid drivers license and clean criminal background check are required
Experience:
Personal Assistant: prior experience is not mandatory
Experience using project, task management software (preferred)
Command of Social Media platforms i.e. Snapchat, Instagram, stories, REELS, etc
Willingness to be learn at all costs to be a major player in this world
There is no ceiling, no cap, no limits to the potential, just please be patient and strategic
Job Type: Part-Full Time depending on many factors, skill set, revenue production etc
