Job Responsibilities:

- Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member

- Handle basic client questions/concerns

- Successful at working both independently and with a team

- Sort and save documents

- Data entry and completion of documents with extreme attention to detail

- Handle maintenance requests for office

- Ensure insurance is up-to-date

- Maintain organization of the office

- Coordinate travel and conference details
