We are a family operated Building Service Company located in Santa Ana, looking for an Administrative Partner to join our close-knit team.

The position is flexible and can be full or part-time. We run Monday – Friday during normal business hours, typically 8:00am-4:30pm. Willing to work with your schedule, as much as possible.

You will be required to work well on your own, and as part of a team. Be willing to grow with our company. We are big on Company Culture and Company Values.

Key responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to:

Answering incoming calls phones

Creating files (paper & electronically)

Compiling and sending out monthly billing

Collections as needed

Follow up calls as needed

Attending meetings & note taking as needed

Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate

Various other administrative tasks

About you:

General administration experience

Self-sufficient team member

Attention to detail

Customer service focused

Proven ability to communicate at all levels

Skills Required:

Quickbooks (must have)

Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
