Office Administrative Assistant

Speedpro Coastal OC is a national franchise focusing on getting your brand noticed via visual marketing through large format printing and signage. We specialize in banners, posters, car wraps, wall murals, canvas prints and all kinds of signage.

This National Franchise is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant. This person will work closely with the business owner and will be the glue that keeps the office organized and running efficiently.

Job description:

Miscellaneous administration and reception duties

Be the "front" of the business from answering phone calls to handling vendors to taking care of walk ins

Communicate with clients via email or telephone

Work with Microsoft Office and a CRM software (Corebridge) to create quotes, work orders, invoices and presentations

Photo management including updating social media channels and website

Packaging and shipping client materials along with inventory management

Drive company car when needed to drop off items, pick up supplies, or go to FedEx

Required Skills:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate professionally on email and telephone

Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, email tasks, and online ordering

Flexible and adaptable to various scenarios and ability to multi-task and prioritize

Responsible driver

Experience with a database program like CRM Impact or Corebridge is a plus

Ability to take direction respectfully and willingness to learn new tasks

Positive attitude

Bonus (but not required): basic knowledge of Illustrator or interest in learning

College degree desired but not required or prior experience working in an office setting

This is an entry level position and great for someone who likes interacting with people from vendors to wholesalers to clients. This is a chance to get involved in learning the ins and outs of a small business in a real world "Shark Tank" type of environment. Must enjoy talking with people, organizing, be detail oriented and enjoy wearing multiple hats and have every day bring different surprises. An outgoing, energetic personality is essential.

Average Base Wage: $16 - $18 per hour depending on experience
