Customer Service clerk position for the Corporate office in Anaheim.

The Customer Service clerk provides customer relations and support for a growing municipal tree trimming contactor.

Also, acts as a liaison between customers and tree care crews. Provides general support to designated Area Manager and assistance to the Customer Service Representative/Customer Service Manager.

Work Hours : 6:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Salary $20.00 hr.

Regular Job Duties:

Reception-Answers phone by providing customer service

Maintains, organize and update Contract Filing systems

Facilitate contracting functions: mapping, underground alerts, data entry,

field book preparation, filing, service alerts, public relations, errands, etc.

Performs other clerical duties such as: sorting, copying, posting, addressing and stuffing envelopes, etc.

May perform other routine duties such as typing of labels, forms, and simple correspondence, preform other duties as required.

Must be proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, & Outlook
