Local trade school looking to fulfill Office Administrator/Customer Service role to work full time in our Anaheim office. The tasks will include assisting customers via phone, email, and walk in and processing enrollments. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer phones and help customers determine their unique needs

- Process student enrollments and provide instructions to student

- Guide students through processes and requirements.

- Outbound phone calls

- General office duties including data entry, filing records

- Occasional weekends

- Assist management

SKILLS:

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- Excellent organizational skills

- Knowledge of MS Office and office management software

- General computer skills

- High school diploma

Full time with Benefits

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Occassional Weekends
