We are a twelve bay Automotive repair shop located in Huntington Beach looking to hire an additional front office/personal assistant to the owner. We’re looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility that can assist our growing team. Our dream candidate would be a good communicator, detail oriented, and can manage their own time efficiently.

Duties:

Front Office Tasks:

- Work on clerical tasks such as filing and keeping the office clean and organized

- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks

- Human resources duties as needed (specifically payroll and onboarding new hires)

- Assisting with customer needs both over the phone and in the front office

- May assist with other tasks as needed and assigned such as driving and entering parts

Personal Assistant Tasks:

- Check and respond to company and owner emails

- Managing calendar, appointments & scheduling using Google Calendar

- Promptly responding to emails, text messages, and phone calls

- Completing errands as delegated

Qualifications:

- Must have a clean driving record, a valid DL, and be punctual

- Must have strong typing skills

- Positive attitude and willing to work some Saturdays

- Comfortable using computers and answering phones

- Must be very organized, time efficient, and detail oriented

- Be willing to learn and be trained in other tasks

- For full time employees, we offer benefits such as vacation, sick pay, and medical with great pay based on experience as well.

- Hours are flexible, but we are open M-F 8:00-5:00 and Saturdays from 8:00-4:00
