Van Mart which is a leading Van Conversion Company and eCommerce seller of Van

Conversion parts, is seeking Office Assistant.

What You Will Do

Greet/check out customers

Help organize and put together customer packets

Process weekly job role sheets

Complete random task around the office

Keep customers updated through the process and maintain relationship

Assist with weekend events or shows

Answer phone calls and customer questions

Schedule customer appointments and installs

What You Will Need

Computer experience (Word, powerpoint, excel, etc.)

Friendly and positive attitude

Valid driver’s license

Ability to deal with problems in a positive manner and find effective solutions or know

where to seek assistance

Ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision. Must be a self starter and
