Production Assemblers Needed!

We are currently hiring for 2-3 Production Assemblers with a busy electronics manufacturer in Costa Mesa, CA. The Production Assembler will be responsible for the following assemble mechanical parts, sub-assemblies or full assemblies using a variety of small hand held tools, screwdrivers, torque wrenches and other jigs and fixtures in accordance with written instructions, drawing and/or as per specifications as part of a production line in a manufacturing organization.

JOB DUTIES:

-Read, interpret and follow, engineering drawings, specifications

-Understand and able to follow written instructions or procedures

-Accurately assemble products such as displays, keyboards, type IV panels, light guides, sub-assemblies in accordance with the above.

-Prepare and work with various adhesives and epoxies as part of assembly process

-Utilize hand held tools such as a magnifying tools, microscope to work with small parts and components

-Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation (non-conformance reports) when defects are identified as per internal quality processes

-Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures

-Maintain a clean and safe work area

SCHEDULE/PAY:

2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm), Mon-Fri, $18.00/hr DOE
