General Job Description & Title: INJECTION MACHINE OPERATOR

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Assisting in the operation of an injection machine, producing plastic components conforming to customer and company specifications. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment .Must be able to withstand shop elements such as heat, noise, odors, and dust. Able to lift 25-50 lbs.

Job Summary

Injection Machine Operator falls under the Production Department.

Working within a fast paced environment to maintain daily production output.

Work with a TEAM to meet production goals.

Assemble Cases between cycle times.

Quality Inspections of products for defects, irregularities, or damages.

Signal and alert technicians when issues come up.

Maintain safe and clean working conditions.

Follows safety guidelines and procedures in accordance to the job.

Uses a variety of powered and manual hand tools.

Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels.
