Plastic Molder / Packaging / Product Assembly

We are an automotive plastic manufacturer in Anaheim, CA looking for a multi-department employee to join our team.

Must be willing to work in different departments and help where required.

Primary Responsibilities

Packaging>>>>>>>>

Stack and pile finished goods

Prepare goods for shipment.

Clean and prepare product for packing.

Keep track of inventory.

Remove completed or defective products or materials

Seal and label boxes product packaging

Move completed packages for loading.

Count items.

Review packing lists.

Mark and label product packaging

Seal containers with carton stapler and tape

Palletize shipments

Plastic Molding>>>>>>>>

Mold acrylic sheet thermoplastic parts.

Operate compression molding machines.

Repair and maintain machines.

Cut off excess material after molding

Inspect products for surface defects and flaws.

Ensure conformance to specifications.

Position and secure assembled mold and mold components.

Remove and replace tooling from storage racks

Regulate molding temperature, volume, pressure, and time.
