Marketing clerk

We manufacture plastics out of e-waste plastics and our team is hiring a marketing clerk to keep our organization running smoothly. An effective marketing clerk should be organized, communicative, and able to prioritize while working on various projects.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with project managers which may include conducting research on potential vendors and suppliers for raw material.

Support the marketing team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.

Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders.

Use knowledge of company products to connect with consumers.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience. BA/BS is a plus but is not required.

Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.

Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent networking and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or PowerPoint.

Proficiency in Spanish and English
