MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN CAREER POSITION-FULL TIME

LRS Realty and Management, Inc. is a full-service management company. We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual who has the knowledge and ability to do plumbing.

Ideal applicants will have 3+ years of plumbing experience, excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this position requires weekend working hours.

Qualifications: - High School Diploma preferred

- 2+ years experience in property management- preferred; but not required

- 3+ years experience service & repair, drain cleaning work.

- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required

- Must have professional work vehicle

- Must have basic tools needed to perform the job

Abilities:

- Clear, concise verbal and written communication

- Demonstrate customer- service orientation

- Strong attention to detail

- Good organization and time management skills

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Must carry/lift loads of over 75 Lbs
