We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. Human Resources Manager Responsibilities/ Job Description:
Developing and implementing human resources policies.
Provide overall leadership and oversight for the Newport Beach office
Ensure employees are adhering to performance and business standards and expectations
Evaluate and identify issues and opportunities to improve the overall effectiveness of the office
Identify and implement policies, procedures, and programs to drive business performance, customer service and employee engagement
Manage, lead and oversee programs to enhance the Company culture to drive performance customer service and employee engagement
Supporting strategic objectives.
Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
Motivating and supporting current staff.

Human Resources Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
