We are a 100% Physical Therapist owned/operated orthopedic outpatient clinic in Laguna Hills serving the community for 16 years.

Want to become a physical therapist? This is an excellent opportunity for the person desiring a career in Physical Therapy as hours of experience are required for physical therapy school (usually acquired as unpaid volunteer hours!). Our office is conveniently located 10 minutes from Saddleback College and 18 minutes from Irvine Valley College.

Part-Time Shift- Hiring for 1-3 days per week, 6-18 hours per week.

Opportunity to work more hours-vacation/sick coverage for other staff members

No weekends (Office closed)

Job Duties Include:

Direct/Indirect Patient Care, Scanning, Organizing, Ordering/Receiving Supplies

Scheduling Patients/Answering Phones

Cash Handling for Co-pay/Deductible Collection

Office Inventory, Laundry Duties, Daily cleaning of tables/equipment and Light Housekeeping

EMR (Electronic Medical Records) for all patient care/HIPAA Compliance

Applicant MUST BE excellent with people/social skills and have a positive personality.

Applicant MUST BE Computer/Internet, Microsoft Word/Excel Proficient.

Applicant MUST BE motivated, confident, a self-starter and take initiative.

Applicant MUST BE a multi-tasker, organized, and have attention to detail.

Applicant MUST BE a High School Graduate and reliable/punctual.

Applicant MUST HAVE customer service experience, healthcare experience preferred.
