The Stand is a fun, fast paced, family owned neighborhood restaurant chain that serves amazing Burgers, Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, Salads, Desserts & More. With 6 Los Angeles locations, 2 Orange County location, and more to come, we're the premier place for Classic American food with a twist.

Cleaning & Organizing

Prepare our amazing and simple recipes

Follow our build guides for building every item on our menu.

Follow Health & Safety guidelines

Foster a friendly family environment

Be a team player & show efficient communication skills

Maintain Kitchen clean & attend to any special cleaning duties Manager might request

Cross train and work in multiple kitchen stations, prep, Fryer, Salads, Grill, Building, Expo.

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Superb knife skills are are plus but not required.

Schedule:

Full-time or Part-time shifts - Schedule is based on performance & availability(Currently looking for PM cooks)

Compensation:

Competitive Pay- $16.00 to start

Hourly Tips ($2-$3 per hour)
