Cashiers, Juice, Protein Smoothie Makers

We are looking for fun and energetic team members for our Meal Prep Service and Juice Bar. We currently have AM availability.

Must have Weekend Availability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them.

-Inform guests of specials and menu changes.

-Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.

-Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and meal prep services.

-Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen.

-Give the customers their food and beverages and take names or write table number on food ticket.

-Perform side work at the start, during, and the end of each shift.

-Perform daily extra side work

-Maintain clean service areas.

-Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

-Take payment from customers at the time of ordering, be able to count back change, operate a credit card machine and a cash register.

-Be ready and willing to assist fellow employees as situations arise.

-Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.

-Keep water and condiment station well stocked and clean for customers.

-Keep drink and ice station stocked and clean.

-Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

-Build Meal Prep Orders for customers.

-Make juices and smoothies for customers

-Take phone, Uber or Grub Hub Orders

-Assist customers when picking up meal prep orders

-Stock drink and produce fridges as needed

-Maintain all juice and smoothie machinery clean and well taken care of.

-Clean and maintain the restroom stocked by following hourly restroom checks

-Package take out accurately and give to correct customer in a timely fashion

-Handle customer complaints to the best of your ability before involving owner/shift supervisor

-Ensure all dirty dishes are take to dish area right away

-And any additional tasks that you are asked to perform.
